By now you've probably heard of Hopscotch, the incredible, three-day music festival that will overtake Raleigh, North Carolina this September. In its first year, the festival seems already to be the Southeast's answer to South By Southwest. Public Enemy, Broken Social Scene and Panda Bear top the bill of over 120 bands playing the festival.
