This will fetch a list of all the artists in a users library, sort them into alphabetical order and write them to a text file. (At the moment, it breaks on Alainns library due to an invalid character in the 3rd page of xml results.) You will need to add an api key and useragent name in the releveant palces (shown in red), then you should be able to compile it in monodevelop or visual studio.

This new version of the guest kickers guidelines is a rather late update to cover changes to the tie-break rules in december 2010.
