    Cool, man. Did you finish your course? Where are you working now? I've been lifting steadily the whole time, had to reign in my diet a few months ago because I was eating like a horse and beginning to get fat. I'm 86kg now- was 91kg last July for example, but was kinda fat. Now I'm lifting; deadlift, 150kgx5, bench 100kgx2, barbell shoulder press 65kgx3, squat 120x6 deep reps, barbell row 100kgx4. My current regime though has the intensity up so I only lift those kinda weights occasionally. I'll go powerliftery again come November. How come you took the year off weights? Other priorities?

    thanks man - yeah, it was quite an experience being on the S/T with Jarzombek - never did meet him as it was Sean Malone's project - but I'd always admired Ron's playing with Watchtower before getting asked to participate on the first GK disc.
