Awww sweet!! I didn't even realise Lightyear were still going! I rember having a hissy fit when I was 15/16 coz my parents wouldn't let me go to a Lightyear gig! It happened a few times. I missed out on King Prawn too, which all the alternative kids went to, even my now boyfriend went to that one! I managed to sneak to a Tuuli gig, and I was actually allowed to see Adequate 7 :-)

Sounds like my sock drawer! Well, I have 2. 1 for every day socks, and one for roller derby socks. That's just the same really, but all the socks are knee high! Not much that I know of. Alkaline trio next month, and Crash Doubt festival in June :-) You got much on the cards?

Why thank you Mr Skanking_rob! How awesome are we?! Oh, I'm a rebel and not wearing socks today. My feet are naked. But, I'm slightly concerned about the nail polish on my toe nails. It's flaking off, and I painted them blue to they co-ordinated with my tattoos. That's a bit sad isn't it?

Yeah the ska/punk world is rather small. I was at uni with both Wiggley and Sian and so know them through living in Sheffield and liking good music. In fact I set up and ran a clubnight there which Si used to dj at and now Sian has helped to take over because i'm in London - really small world!

Turns out Dashboard has been cancelled! Maybe I will go to Gogol then! I'm meant to be going to Fat Freddys Drop on the 4th cos I bought my ticket ages ago before they had 2 dates. Tempted to buy a ticket for the 5th as well cos I love them but they were a little disappointing live last time I saw them and there are 3 other cool gigs in London that evening!

Ah, yeah, I'm not used to having to buy tickets so far in advance! It's not like that in Manchester but I saw it was selling out so bought one. I think there is still tickets for Kingston so you should get some for there. I think i'll get tickets for that one also. Yes i'm going to Fat Freddy's Drop they are my faveourite band. Not sure about Gogol as I was tempted by Dashboard Confessional on the same night (emo, I know).
