  • How eclectic is my musical preference ?

    22 mar 2009, 07:30

Take your top 20 artists. For each of these artists, collect the top 5 similar artists. The resulting number of unique artists is your eclectic score. If the score is small (extreme = 5) your musical preferences are very limited, and if it is large (larger than 80, extreme = 100), then you have an eclectic musical preference. You can compute your own score at http://anthony.liekens.net/pub/scripts/last.fm/eclectic.php

  • Death Magnetic

Well just heard news that Metallica's new album (9th) will be out September 2008. Well i am hoping that they make it decent and more polished and well mixed sound unlike St. Anger (from which only the title track appealed to me, infact i loved it but the rest wasn't much good.). I'm expecting more of the old stuff, that came in the 80's and early 90's. Well only time will tell how it is. Lets keep our fingers crossed!
  • Revolution Roulette - Poets of the Fall

Another amazing album by the Poets, almost all the tracks are awesome and i would recommend everyone to give it a listen. The entire album has a very nice feel to it and you'll find yourself dissolved in the music.

    **** out of ***** - Great!
