About the project:
Two or more independent composers / musicians, bands / collectives are invited to share a two day recording session at the Blue Record Studio (full-analog studio in Mondovì, Cuneo) and create music together.
Limited editions of these recording sessions are produced to fund the project (up-to-you download is also available through bandcamp);
in this way, all the people involved (artists, engineers, listeners too) - sharing their creativity, experience and skills - are contributing to realize more meetings of other artists interested in creating collective music and original sound recordings. All is done outside the mainstream or indie music business.
Today is out the VOLUME 1 of IN THE KENNEL series in a limited edition run of 100 numbered CD:

Gentless3 are a sicilian folk-slow-rock combo from Sicilia (with Francesco Cantone of Twig Infection/Tellaro/Colapesce as guest for this recording session only).
La Moncada is a italian-singed space-rock five-piece-band from Piemonte (with Barbagallo as newest member of the band).

A partire dal primo marzo 2012 sarà disponibile il primo volume di "In The Kennel"; serie discografica di Goat Man Records in collaborazione con Blue Record Studio e Noja Recordings: in due giorni, due band s'incontrano per registrare una session senza rete, in cui le identità musicali dei progetti si possano confrontare e scontrare alla ricerca di un'intesa.
Confortati ed ospitati al Blue Record, studio full-analog alle pendici dei boschi di Mondovì (CN), nel primo volume i "Gentless3" (combo folk-rock siciliano) incontrano la canzone d'autore dei piemontesi "La Moncada", coverizzandosi a vicenda e facendo prendere aria a rispettivi materiali inediti da arrangiare a 18 mani (con la partecipazione estemporanea di Francesco Cantone di Twig Infection / Tellaro / Colapesce).
Il disco è edito in edizione limitata (100 CD-R) su copertine a tiratura speciale realizzate da Federico Manzone (disegni) e Flavio Severino (grafiche); disponibile anche in versione digitale "up-to-you" su bandcamp!
