Iceland Airwaves and Morr Music, with support from the Goethe Institute present a night of German music and socializing. Music-makers Lali Puna (DE), Ms John Soda (DE) and Tied & Tickled (DE) will represent their country while Icelanders Seabear and Benni Hemm Hemm offer support from the home front. Wunderbar.

so much time didn't go by. and quick it was, too. not only the sounds and texts for benni hemm hemm's second album ''kajak'' were written
within a few, concentrated weeks. the recordings in sundlaugin, the studio of sigur ros, were also done within only four days. during four magical days eleven musicians recorded thirteen vibrating tracks.
emotionally, energetically, emphatically. an insistent shining. warm and visible already from a distance.

mister hermannssons native icelandic tongue, swelling instrumental pieces, the rambunctious swing - ''big band folk'' you might call it - at it's best.
