I didn't know Vampire Weekend very well before I made the trek through was serious snow on Saturday night, but I am infinitely glad I did. Sat 21 Jul – Bob Dylan, My Morning Jacket

My Morning Jacket was awesome. It's always a good sign when songs you know sound better live than recorded. They were really amazing, great live band.

Bob on the other hand, bit it. It was so difficult to understand what he was saying, the only songs I appreciated at all were the ones I already knew, and they sounded absolutely horrible. Mon 30 Jul – Snow Patrol

After some sound issues at the Red Rocks for other performers, I was beginning to think no one could sound good at the venue. I could not have been more blown away by how incredible Snow Patrol sounded. The sound was rich, and balanced. The lights and smoke added drama, and the showmanship was top-notch.
