    No, I ordered it directly from Software - they sent me an email last month saying it'd be delayed til the 30th because of the hurricane, but that came and went. Guess they were being too optimistic

    Yes - it was a bit of a surprise at first, as it has these quite prominent, almost David Sylvian-type vocals all over it (Vindicatrix?). But I'm warming to it, and the actual music is great - kind of veering towards Svarte greiner/Kaboom Karavan acoustic doom territory at times...there are some samples on boomkat (http://boomkat.com/downloads/485750-black-to-comm-earth)

I have no idea what kind of trends are going on with what people are listening to and could care less. I am concerned with my own taste and what sounds good and not what any institution has to say, unless it’s guiding me to new information.
