Fri 5 Sep – August Burns Red, Greeley Estates, Sky Eats Airplane, A Skylit Drive, This or the Apocalypse

So most of these bands i hadn't listened to all that much, but i thought this would be a decent show and it was pretty cheap (i paid less than 20 bucks to get in).
So me and my friend got there late and missed This Or The Apocalypse, but thats fine, we get to see the other 4 bands.
Greeley Estates came on, and they weren't bad, but the mastering was pretty shitty, i couldn't really hear his vocals…

I heard their song "Never Enough" on Gran Turismo 3 and i loved it so i bought the cd, which at the time i didn't know that Last Resort and Blood Brothers were also their songs. so i immediately loved them

So as of right now I am planning on going to 4 shows this summer. In order of time:
1) Dethklok, Chimaira, Soilent Green.
2) 311, Snoop Dogg, Fiction Plane.
3) Vans Warped Tour 2008.
4) Paramore, Phantom Planet, Jack's Mannequin.

After I see the shows, I will review what I thought of the shows. The only band right now that is a band I have seen already is 311, who always puts on a fantastic show.
I don't know how I feel about Snoop Dogg touring with them though.…

Thought this was an interesting idea, so here goes.

1. From Autumn to Ashes
I honestly can't think of anything negative right now… I haven't seen them live yet, and I think their newest album is fucking perfect, I love Fran's voice.
But I guess they could incorporate a guitar solo or two into their music, as much as I love the sound, some soloing would be epic.

2. Chiodos
Not as big a fan of Bone Palace Ballet as I was of All's Well That Ends Well. Too many soft songs on it, give me more songs like…
