heh, i finally got my computer fixed, and decided to get last.fm again.. my first week was some pretty good tunes.

Hmm. I think this week my top ten will be fronted by Matt Pond PA. I recently came into possession of.. their entire discography. So, I'll probably give that a listen over the course of the week, and possibly two.

I'm raising a vendetta against my number 26 most played band, Fall Out Boy, and really.. actually, pretty much my entire top played bands. So.. the new Muse album Black Holes and Revelations leaked last night in a rather poor 320 kb/s mono web rip, but whatever. That's good enough to review.

Overall I'm not to impressed with it. It's pretty much Origin of Symmetry again, only since it's not as enjoyable this time around. There are certainly some stand out tracks on the album, don't get me wrong: Starlight and Knights of Cydonia are both excellent tracks, but Muse seem bent on becoming the next big thing in Stadium Rock which is stifeling their creative power in a way.
