Om mig

"All souls, please remain in line and continue moving, no cutting, please! Thank you"....My favourite "Dragon Ball Z" characters are Prince Vegeta (a saiyan), Gohan (another saiyan, also my avatar), Piccolo (a namekian) and King Kai (a god, I like his car)

Still learning about the style, but liked a lot of what I've seen so far. I'm still a newbie, though.

I might be wrong, but I think Last FM might be scrobbling some songs incorrectly. For example, I might have played a song once or twice, but Last FM scrobbles it as being played 3 or 4 or even 5 times since the last iPod Sync, thus creating an incorrect total-number-of-plays. Again, I might be wrong, and either way, perhaps Last FM's computers fix such errors. In one case, I played a song once one day, and last fm re-scrobbled every time I had played the song since I had added it to my iPod, which was annoying.

I am just a person who likes some old music, as well as some modern music.

Please, please, forgive my sometimes questionable choice in tags (which leads to me removing tags and adding new/different tags a lot).

Oh yeah, I listen to a lot of music each day, but being stuck at home with Autism all day kinda stops me from having a social life, much to my regret. Still, I do other things than listen to music, such as watch TV and movies, going for walks (during which I can listen to music, LOL), playing video games (I also occasionally listen to music while playing video games, but only occasionally), Oh yeah, and I like comic books, and I like researching subjects like outer space, rockets, history, popular culture of the 1950s (which includes music and TV, LOL), and a wide variety of other subjects which change more often than the weather (and do, in fact, include the weather).

It should be noted there's a lot of music I like that I've never played in a way scrobbled by last fm. Some of these are artists I only have on vinyl, some of these are songs on the radio, etc etc etc etc etc.

Don't you just hate it when you leave your music player on unintentionally, and the resulting troubles in scrobbling? Or when you fall asleep while listening to music?

Should you be looking my music-playing info after the fact (wayback), then I must note that any seemly suddenly increases in the number of plays may be due to me syncing my iPod.

A lot of the time I'm listening to music, I am also doing things like reading, searching for images, photography, ect ect.

I must stress that I have a large number of scrobbles partly because yes, I often listen to rather short songs. I DON'T LISTEN TO MUSIC ALL THE MINUTES I'M AWAKE!!

Sometimes my listening habits are a little odd, such as playing the same song 15 times in a row or listing to a single artist non-stop. My taste is a bit erratic. In fact, I even like Elvis Presley's version of "Old MacDonald", which I think is silly but cute. I am Autistic, my full name is Matthew Paul Argall.

I am Australian.

BTW, I've started writing song lyrics. Hopefully one day I'll get to record them and I will be scrobbled.

Taste, of course, is subjective, and my taste is rather odd! However, all is not what is expected. For example, I think Jackie Gleason's Orchestra is NOT campy. I also don't understand why songs like "What All is Said and Done" are for some strange reason considered to be "disco", although I do enjoy many disco songs since they allow me to escape the harsh world of reality

As you may have noticed, I prefer shorter tracks, for reasons that are unclear even to myself.

In addition to music, my other interests include Television programming and networks, outer space, rockets, bridges, video games, vintage computers, and photography., among other things.

I think it should be noted that I tend to listen to a lot of music to "calm me down"...It reduces my depression. Even sad songs can be helpful at this. I do need better medicine, but it takes a long time for stuff like that to happen. So, constant music listening, for better ot worse, is the only thing keeping my mind *somewhat* stable.

Yes, I do like Anime and Manga apart from "Dragon Ball Z". I'm still learning about these styles, but I've liked a lot of what little I've seen so far.
