Why on earth were you researching the Elephant Man? did they find his bones or something?

See now that's what I've just heard, but in the film he's John Merrek, so for years I assumed it was John, now I learn that it is Joseph... What's going on! One of my bosses is from Leicester.

I am insulted young lady! Though yes... most of them were from Wiki, I knew some though like, Attenboroughs, Lineaker, and walkers. And yeah, Joseph Merrek/John Merrek (fuck knows which one is the real name) is the Elephant man. But I think my point remains, Leicester isn't an awful place. xx

The Attenboroughs, Cornershop (brim full of asher and their surprisingly good new album), Walkers crisps, he guy who played boba fett in the original trilogy), Graham Chapman of Monty Python, The band Family, Steven Frears, The Drummer from Wire, Davy Graham, Anne Fine (who wrote the flour babies), Trever Horn, Parminder Nagra, Sue Townsend (Adrian Mole), the Young Knives, Alastair Campbell, Gary Linaker, and of course... best of all... The Elephant Man. All from Leicester. Take that biatch. xx

I'm going to be honest with you... I probably won't listen to it As for summer sundae, Teenage fanclub I'll be seeing at ATP, however there are loads of other amazing bands playing, but there are also some weird things going on. Seasick steve above teenage fanclub, tinchy stryder above the Go! Team, and Local natives above low anthem for starters. Plus the fact they've got Steve Mason on the 'Rising' Stage... He's the lead singer of Beta Band and numerous other projects, been around for ages!!! rising my arse. I'll think about it like... you definitely going? any news on whether you're coming to atp? xx

You should ask around more. Like I say Jon is going too. I wouldn't miss LCD on their LAST EVER TOUR now would I?

Yup. I've got a ticket and everything (they're stil available by the way). I thought you knew that was why I was coming home when I was. I'm not actually coming home for my mum's birthday, that's just a coincidence that I am using to make myself seem nicer... Though she does know why I'm really coming home. No, if it wasn't for this I probably wouldn't be coming home at all. So yeah. I'll be back for it for sure. So.. you gonna come?

You mean besides me, Jon, Chemmers and Henry (plus more I'm sure) Who are going... I realise you only mildly know Chemers and I don't know if you've met Henry.. but my point remains. You should come! You'll know people there, even if it is just me and Jon...

I'm gutted that I've missed no distance left to run, it's no longer on iplayer either, though I have just watched a documentary on synth music and one on prog. god bless the BBC. Now though I need to go to the library. But yeah, the New Gorillaz album is good, not too keen on the first couple of tracks, but the middle and end are great! I've still not listened to the Ellie Goulding Album, I keep meaning to at work but I just never get round to it. One day.... xx

Yeaaaah, Well I've been without a laptop for the last few months haven't I so I've not had anything to listen with last.fm on. Now I do though so although I won't be using it as often as I once did (now I have a proper LP/CD player) I'll still be using it on occasion I am sure. And yeaaaah, The Fall Would be sweet, their new song is great, it's... well it sounds just like the fall to be honest with you. Plus you've got Laura Veirs (Whose new album I am loving), the Go! Team, who are a great live band, and probably a better festival band, Wave Pictures (who I've recently begun to love after seeing them live supporting Daniel Johnston), Mumford And Sons, who are supposed to be a great live act, And Erland and the Carnival who I really like too. On the downside you have Tinchy Strider..... It will all depend on moneys to be perfectly honest, though it looks fairly decent so far. So what's been tickling your ears lately? xx
