Ca me prend quand même 45-60 minutes pour me rendre en bus.

Why if I like Boston, I will like it? It's really similar? I do, indeed, like Boston though. :P

I understand that perfectly. I think all of my plays of them came within a span of a week or so. They are the kind of band that you listen to religiously for a span but not often at all. Your English is fine. I don't know French all to well. I know enough to get by when I am traveling there. :P

The show was fantastic! Cynic was amazing. I don't think all music exist sto awake an emotion, unless that emotion consists of opening your purse and shelling out cash. :P I'm okay with artists that don't have any artistic integrity and only care about money. It's their right. BTW, I'm curious, you have the name Fantomas, yet I don't see them in your Top 50. It was just kind of perplexing to me. :P

Hey, that's really great news! :D I read a while ago that Wilson wanted to play in South America, but it didn't happen in the last tour. I'll be really happy if it happens this time. Thanks for sharing ;) Hugs

Complex or fucked up in the head? I'm not sure which. lol. I don't think I'm either. I think any normal human has a wide range of emotions. I don't feel angry, sad, happy, etc all the time, so why should I listen to a genre of music to basically reflect one emotion? I just love music with emotion and music that makes me feel. I don't like everything but genres don't bound me....only music that makes me feel absolutely nothing.

Hey there...I've just recently discovered Cynic, so didn't know their setlist (except that they finished with the one tune I was familiar with -- Integral Birth). Here's a good review with pics from the Seattle show that you should check out though... http://www.bonehand.com/meshuggah09.html Enjoy the show when the bands hit Montreal next week. By the way, I'm jealous that you're getting to see the Opeth/Enslaved tour. Unfortunately they're not getting to my part of the country this time out.

Couldn't agree more :) I'm sure we can learn a lot about someone by understanding the music they listen to. At least those who have music as part of their lives, like ourselves. And dare I say we can also somewhat understand those who don't have it as something necessary for their living. :P Sorry if I sound too gibberish today...too much stress and revolt hahah Have a nice evening! *hugs*

hello hello! Ooh. I`ll finally be able to see Opeth (if they don't cancel again like a couple of years ago, but I'm hoping not), and I dream about the day PT comes to these southern lands as well :) Cheers!

I agree, "Moviedrome" really stands out on that album, although I suspect it might be because of its sentimental value for me ;) If you like "Immortal?", I guess you should check out "The Visitor" (my favourite track from it is "Enemy Without" - catchy and powerful, very neo-proggish but really good :)) Or maybe that's one of the albums that didn't hit you? ;) OK, add me if you want ;)

Hi Jean-Michel :) Nice profile picture! ;) And I can see you're listening to Arena - I re-discovered their albums recently after a few years' break and I have to admit I was as impressed as I'd been before :) Now, about your question, those tracks are from five EPs simply called "Cover Version" (I, II, III, IV and V, and I've heard that there are going to be six altogether), not from "Insurgentes" (yet ;)) If you go to Steven Wilson's page here on last.fm, you'll see three of them in the "top albums" section. All of them contain a cover of a song (e.g. ABBA's "The Day Before You Came" or Alanis Morissette's "Thank You") and a Steven's composition. If I'm not mistaken, the releases used to be limited to 1000 copies each, but I think they're available again. Cheers! m.
