    @MatthewDujardin - having an opinion is fine, but be careful. sometimes, when you try to sound too smart, you just come off looking like a half-informed jackass. ...this was one of those times for you. nothing like the killers to even the casual listener...to someone who makes music, the gulf between the killers and fun. is so vast that no "connection" even comes to mind. and to say nate has an average voice...well, i'm not going to defend the man. all you have to do is listen to his control, his highs, and his breaks to know that that's just a fucking ignorant statement. i'm not a huge fun. fan, but everything you said about this was wrong.

    Freddie Mercury ? Have people all gone crazy and deaf ? Mercury had a wonderful and operatic voice the guy from fun. can only dream of IMO...Let's get serious, his voice is pretty average. No , when I listen to this band I can only think of THE KILLERS...It's definitively inspired-ripping them off... I have no problem as long as you assume your influence...Fun song, was wondering the whole thing which direction it was gonna take...
