arena civica - milano

.."viaggio emozionale nella vita di un uomo"..
questa la definizione di indeepandance data da vittorio cosma, masbedo e aldo nove, creatori di quest'opera video audio..
in pratica un'immensa impalcatura con 4 enormi teli sulle 4 pareti dove sono stati proiettati 13 cortometraggi..
Al centro loro, con la loro consolle di pura tecnologia: mixer, pc, monitor, strumenti musicali..
certo, perchè ovviamente la componente principale era la colonna sonora..
brani di diversi generi accompagnavano i filmati e non sono certo mancate le sorprese: una cantante in carne ed ossa, un trombettista, dei percussionisti, una pezzo di Elisa e l'accompagnamento dal vivo dei Marlene Kuntz (vero che ci avevano promesso un concerto, ma è andata bene lo stesso..)..
dopo l'evento visivo è partita quella che per me era la novità + attesa: la silent disco..
ovvero un paio di cuffie per ascoltare, in silenzio, il dj-set di un mito della techno-dance: Howie B (ok che due giorni dopo avrebbe messo i dischi Boosta, ma alla fine ho preferito i Marlene Kuntz..)..
Howie B sarà pure bravo, ma non è che faccia proprio un genere di musica per me ascoltabile ed ecco un'altra sorpresa: la cuffia ha 2 canali..
e sul secondo canale, dopo un'anteprima revival ("welcome to tijuana, tequila, sex or marijuana..") e 30 minuti di fischi inascoltabili (che ci avevano quasi convinti a tornare a casa), una vocina che avvisa: "tra 10 minuti, inizieremo un altro dj-set su questo canale".. e vai di Subsonica, Zucchero, Rage Against the Machine, Clash, AC/DC, Madonna, Beatles, Shakira, musica balcanica, ecc, ecc..
alla fine abbiamo ballato 2 ore, io e laura&laura, e insieme ad altri pazzi abbiamo fatto temere il peggio perchè, saltando, facevamo traballare i bei dischi di Howie B..
chicca della serata il nostro adorato dj: "io sono dj -boh, nn l'ho mai capito, io capivo dj no name- dall'olanda.. io so che molti di voi sono stati in olanda, ma so anche che molti di voi, una volta arrivati sono entrati nel primo coffee-shop e dell'olanda non hanno visto niente.. vi presento dunque la musica della mia città: ROTTERDAM".. vi lascio solo immaginare che pezzo hardcore ha tirato fuori: da paura.. ghghghgh..
