I have to say that their new album was pretty dissappointing. It seems like they were only focused on their 'message' and forgot how to fucking flow. And it's cool when producers branch out but for my personal tastes, Amp Live's new style is no bueno. I still support them for the fact that they have a positive message but I will not be putting this album on heavy rotation. I'd rather bump Heroes in the City of Dope every day of the week.

v Drop it on the 1 is probably the most "message-less" song on the album so don't worry =P Listen to "victorious people", "it's going down", "test of time" and "journey to forever" ;) (you can find most of them on youtube)

To all the people whove already been listening to the new album: I only listened to 'drop it on the 1' yet and I really dig the flow of it, but I'm totally missing the 'deep message' in it. I've just been thinkin of tracks like 'bad lands' or '10 Fingers 10 Toes 10 Pounds 10 Oz' and so on. Just wanna know, what's the whole album like, if you go for the lyrics?
