New York’s Black Anvil will perform alongside Norway’s Immortal in Brooklyn, NY on March 30th. This special Blackened Music Series show is only one of Immortal’s four North American shows this spring. Complete show details, including ticket information, can be found here.

Black Anvil have recently recorded their brand new full-length, Triumvirate, with engineer ‘General’ George Fullan (The Rolling Stones, Dream Theater) at Mark “The Animal” Mendoza’s (Twisted Sister) studio in Long Island, NY. The band is currently mixing the record that is expected to see a June 2010 release date. Black Anvil posted a 13-minute video of the band in-studio online now via Metalassaultradio.com.

Black Anvil will also take part in the 2010 Scion Rock Fest. This free event will be held on March 13th in Columbus, OH and is now sold out, meaning all free tickets are accounted for through the RSVP program. Waiting list information is available here.

New York’s Black Anvil has posted a 13-minute in-studio update online now via
MetalAssaultRadio.com. Black Anvil are recording the follow-up to their debut album Time Insults The Mind with engineer ‘General’ George Fullan (The Rolling Stones, Dream Theater) at Mark “The Animal” Mendoza’s (Twisted Sister) studio in Long Island, NY. The new album is titled Triumvirate and will include the tracks “The Evil Of All Roots”, “What Is Life If Not Now!”, “Angels To Dust”, “Ultimate Reality”, “With Transparent Blood” and “Dead and Left”. Triumvirate’s central theme will be that of “Beginning and End”. A late spring release date is expected with more album details to be announced shortly.

Black Anvil will take part in the 2010 Scion Rock Fest. This free event will be held on March 13th in Columbus, OH. Complete festival details including line-up and RSVP information can be found here.
