Endless Wire, one of the examples that age becomes irrelevant when you have a true talent and enough energy to still making art. After more than forty years from the release of the debut album, My Generation, and losing two important members, who were the best players on their respective instruments, here we got The Who, maybe not in their pinnacle, but still making some of the best music of the last decade. Pete's songwriting and Roger's powerful voice seems to be untouchables now. It only remains to think what would have been if John and Keith were still here.

I am so smitten with Roger's voice on this album. Overall the writing and production is just stellar, too. but every time Pete sings a song I want to punch him. Here's Roger, older than my parents and sounding slightly different but somehow *better* nearly 50 years along, and Peter sings a third of the songs on an album? It better not happen again. Anyway this album is such a wonderful surprise for a quarter-century fan like me, even; hear the whole thing if you haven't yet.

I have never listened to this album enough, it's just tremendous if one can break away from "Who's next" or "Tommy" long enough. I can understand Pete Townsend's frustration with us "Punters"

I think this is a wonderful album! I love this stuff much more than the current stuff the Stones or McCartney are doing.

Agree with Snowman01. Plus, Townshend's guitar playing has matured much in the intermittent years.

Groovy album. Daltrey's voice is shot, but damn if he ain't trying, and for the most part, it works.

If this is the last Who album, it's a freaking much better "last album" to be left than It's Hard

A fine album - unlike others of his generation Townshend is not prepared to rest on his laurels and is still willing to experiment. Would have been good if the single 'Real Good Looking Boy' had been included but after 24 years wait its well worth it!

That this band remains experimental and provocative is a testament to the kind of artists The Who have always been. The Rolling Stones should take notes.
