The Rifles är ett britpop band från Walthamstow, London. Bandets influenser är främst The Clash, The Jam och 90-tals britpop. De släppte sitt debutalbum sommaren 2006 och förväntas släppa efterföljaren hösten 2008.

    No Love Lost is one of my favourite indie records of all time. Great Escape was one of my favourite records of 2009. Freedom Run is just.. shit, and it pains me to say that.

    A few of the songs were quite good acoustic but still a major drop in quality from their old material. The production has made the album terrible. So therefor, is a shit album.

    the new album isn't shit, the producer is shit go on youtube and listen to some acoustic versions of the new album, sounds like the rifles and is awesome, the studio songs sound like baby pop

    shit album. Completely sold out with this overproduced glossy shit they've released in hope of hitting the big time yet all they've done is alienate anybody with an ounce of taste who was already a Rifles fan. No way I'm paying to see them live on this tour if half the set is going to be rubbish from this album. It got 5 stars in nuts magazine though!!!
