To anyone "protecting" the new ShamRain: my opinion is that it was not a coincidence that back when Mika was still part of the band, Minna sang only in 4 or 5 of their songs. Her voice just didn't fit the mood and it still does not. I gave a chance to SR's new songs, I really did, but the very moment Minna started singing, I was like, ok, I just can't listen to this. I'm still anticipating to hear Mika's voice in them, I can't help it. It's as if Britney Spears became the singer of The Cure. You can like it if you wish, but it just doesn't work for me - nor for most SR fans, as I see. I agree with those who said that the band has lost its soul, and I really doubt that ShamRain will be able to make many other albums with Minna - at least not under this band name.

Sounds are important of course, but in this genre of music voice is the most important element. Mina isn’t up to this mission. I agree that Mika was the ideal voice for Shamrain, but his departure does not instantly turn Shamrain into a shit band - and anyone who thinks so is absolutely ignorant and naive to the process behind composing a song. He wasn't the only one contributing to Shamrain's sound, and while I realize that you may not be able to get around the band with a different voice stop blaming and discrediting artists whenever they shift vocalists. Things just weren't working out between Mika and ShamRain, that's that - it doesn't make them suddenly a shit band, accept them for their new direction or move on.
