This is the first PT song I ever heard (thanks to the suggestion of Yahoo Music - yet another decent service those idiots shut down); every time it came around, I was thinking "who ARE these guys? This is great stuff!!" (and cranked it up, of course). A few weeks later, when one of my sons asked me what music I wanted as a gift from him, I said "hmmm... see if you can find whatever PT album has 'Blackest Eyes'." When I first heard the entire album, I was blown away (and drained by the end). Fast forward a while... now I have all their recorded output from "Coma Divine" forward, have seen them twice, and will attest the concert last Sept at Radio City Music Hall was THE BEST CONCERT I'VE EVER SEEN, PERIOD (3 hours long, and I still wanted more)... and I've been going to concerts for 40 years. Oh... and that son's also a fan now, as is the friend who came with me to Radio City (who knew nothing of them before).
