So many options, so many collaborations, remixes, side projects and members. The Orb are one of the most prolific and defining electronic bands and through them have been introduced to a wealth of musical styles. To start then I went to the roots of The Orb, the forming members Jimmy Cauty and Alex Paterson. Early on in this collaboration Cauty split, forming The KLF, this brought about a rare release by Cauty under the name Space called Space, which was originally to form part of an Orb project. Also from this came about The KLF - Chill Out.
From here the back catalogue of The KLF was sought after, although some are still to be aquired, along with some bootleg CDs of The Orb.
Next was to look at other members, and one key player is Martin Glover, aka Youth, who played bass for Killing Joke. …
