John Michael Montgomery, född 20 januari 1965 i Daneville, Kentucky i USA, är en amerikansk countrysångare och låtskrivare. Han är yngre bror till Eddie Montgomery, ena halvan av countryduon Montgomery Gentry. 1994 hade han en hit med melodin ”I Swear”, som även blev en hit senare under det året då den spelades in som cover av gruppen All-4-One.

    I definitely agree with Louis, every single time this guy performs you can see, hear, and feel the emotion is his music. Being a soldier myself most of the song John sings either remind me of myself, my friends , or my family. If you don't appreciate a genuine, compassionate, and inciteful person that fine but by no means is there a need to display your ignorance amongst a public area. In the words of Abraham Lincoln "It is better to be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

    He is one the best singers this generation..I was born in the wrong place..It should of been down south.It reminds me of my son when he was in Irag 2003..Nightmare for me! (as a mother)
