    For me Stanhope is better than both Hicks and Carlin. But that's no shame for either of them, cause he is simply the best there ever was.. Btw really looking forward to march 6th now.

Shit was intense, it made me wonder if there has been somebody else who has taken comedy that far. Changing subject, I have read he was releasing a new DVD filmed in Salt Lake City for christmas. Christmas is gone and i aint seeing no DVD so far. do you guys know something about it?

I think stanhope sometimes just loses it when he sees the same fucking 'oopleheads' (to use a term he's appreciate) every single fucking night. He's even said that when he works a bit out, he doesn't like to keep repeating it because it makes him feel cheap. He's put forth what I consider some of the best stand up comedy ever, and I think taste aside, you can consider that objectively. I mean listen to Something To Take The Edge Off and Deadbeat Hero and tell me those aren't focused as HELL.

    I love it, personally. Its the highs and lows of one of my favourite comedians, he lays everything on the line. He simply doesn't give a fuck anymore. I appreciate the fuck out of the guy. But to me, comedy isn't everything, I just want truth and not to feel so alone in this shit world, Stanhope helps immensely with this.

    Been listening and watching alot of old Stanhope lately, Bootlegs & Officials and he is diffently not as funny as he used to be, but he even adresses that himself on Oslo, he doesn't care anymore and makes jokes out of it... If this is Doug at his worst, it just qualifies for him for best living comedian, without a doubt.... now i just wanna listen to him complaining and whishing death upon stupid people for the remainder of his carrere, just for the fuck of it...God i love this man.
