Lately, I've been noticing that zombies have been getting increasingly large attention in the media with films like Zombieland and TV shows like The Walking Dead being released. In light of this, I have put together my own "Zombie Apocalypse" soundtrack.

First up on the list is Bullet in the Head by Rage Against the Machine, on top of being the type of high octane song you would want for gunning them down as fast and ferociously as you can, the name itself has relevancy as one of the top rules of Zombie killing is to aim for the head.

Track Number Two is Thriller by Michael Jackson. simply because any Zombie Soundtrack just isn't complete without this to me. Ever since the original Music Video it's been a staple in Zombie Culture.

The Third Track is Afterlife by Avenged Sevenfold. The overall theme of Death and Moving on makes it a shoe in on my list for Zombie killing time.

I arrived at the venue about 5 (half an hour before doors opened), and the queue was already stretched around the building, but I was in the crowd by 6 after buying an Avenged tshirt, so I had a decent spot for Hellyeah.

Hellyeah
Opening with a bang, Hellyeah stormed through their 40 minute set with some choice cuts from both of their studio albums, setting a great mood for the two co-headliners to come. Opening track Hellyeah, Cowboy Way, You Wouldn't Know and closer Alcohaulin' Ass were highlights, but I thought Hell Of A Time could have been swapped out by something heavier from the first album, Rotten To The Core would have been a better track. 7/10

City of Evil is simply pure Gold. There is nothing wrong with this album at all. It's probably the best release from avenged sevenfold.

Afterlife is the best song off Avenged Sevenfolds self titled album. It has some amazing riffs, the bass, drum, and violin solo is AWESOME.

alright I have another confession time. Gunslinger is amazing song and Shadow's vocals are very good and not whiny like the entire album.

so maybe I was wrong about the Avenged Sevenfolds self titled album. It does have some master pieces on there and Shadows vocals are perfect with "Afterlife", "Gunslinger", "A Little Piece Of Heaven", and "Dear God". His vocals are not whiny and annoying on those songs.

I wish I had the whole album of City of Evil on my ipod because that album is pure gold and there is nothing wrong with it at all. …
