Anna Calvi är en engelsk musiker som spelar i bandet med samma namn. Hennes debutalbum Anna Calvi släpptes i Storbritannien den 17 januari 2011, där den debuterade som nummer 40 på topplistan den 23 januari. Hennes andra album nominerades till det prestigefyllda Mercury Music Prize år 2011 och BRIT Awards år 2012.

    She's really not into goth music but I see a lot of post-punk traces in her songs (sometimes it reminds me of Siouxsie & the banshees). Anyway, I love every single song of her album.

    There's a new digital album compilation released, it is named www.annacalvi.com, it's promo stuff for public and can be get at official site... But lastfm seems have a bug and unable to manage well an album with a web like name (but no http). Not cool. It's not new stuff but it's deliciously weird, crossing fingers it announces the new album spirit. :-)
