  • Braindead, definitely.
    What a disgusting classic.

  • Braindead was bloody, but not disturbing. Hmmmm really brutal film is Das Komabrutale Duell or quite disturbing are Living Hell, Nekromantik, Organ. I can't remember more for now...

    Cannibal Holocaust.
    August Underground's Mordum
    August Underground's Penance
    Braindead
    Faces of Death
Guinea Pig Series (Especially the second one: Flower of Flesh and Blood)

    Oh
And if you include real gore then the Russian Neo-Nazi execution video that's all over the net wins hands down.

I've seen almost every gory movie ever released, the only one that could disgust me a bit was Nekromantik. Even if gore isn't a problem, necrophilia is. The movie and its sequel had pretty deep plots, anyway.

"Salo" would be the grossiest one. I just can't stand people eating feces. Goriest: Braindead, one of my all time favorites.

    I change my vote to
    Aftermath (1994)

30 minutes of gore and necrophilia.
    Unbeatable in the sickness rating.
The fact that there really isn't a story line does kind of let the film down..

...but hey, who needs a story when you're raping dead girls.

lol, I saw it a few days ago and was going to mention it. I read that the cat in the movie was killed in reality.

Yes, and the dead body of the little boy at the autopsy was a real one.

OMG yes! that movie was creepy esp at the end with the dog ( don't want to give out too much for those who plan to see it) disturbing in the fact that it can actually happen.. yuck.

+ "Tokyo Gore Police" released lately. Not that much realistic, but way too damn gorey. So much blood it makes you laugh. Last enemy of the heroin flies with the help of blood fountaining from his cut legs.

  • Cannibal Ghouls

Baby gets raped and shot in a head, a man's body is ripped from legs down and a women is raped, split in half by a saw and then put in poo to stew then dies of blood loss. Also has the funniest lead actor in the film who goes looking for the gore and gets nothing for it in the end lol.

Another also, is Day of the dead remake, even though not as good as the master director does it but the scene with in the canteen when they eat and then vomit black stuff but continue eating is disgusting. Also, note do not eat a cream bun whilst this scene is playing and also do not cuddle up to your girlfriend whilst eating a cream bun, it becomes messy.
