Following the acclaimed success of Country to Country 2013 in the UK, an outstanding line up of music stars are again heading across the Atlantic for a huge two-day music festival extravaganza, and this time coming Ireland for the first time to The O2, Dublin on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 March 2014.
Headlining Country to Country 2014 will be some of the biggest names in country music including Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Dixie Chicks and more
Brad Paisley returns to Dublin following a hugely successful arena show last year as part of the Virtual Reality World Tour. The Grammy Award winning and multimillion selling star has scored 32 Top 10 singles on the US Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 18 of which have reached number 1 with a record 10 consecutive singles reaching the top spot.
Rascal Flatts join the lineup after their phenomenal Olympia Theatre show in Dublin this summer. Since their musical debut in 2000 the xxx have sold over 21 million albums, 25 million digital downloads and delivered 14 number 1 singles while becoming the most awarded country music group of the past decade.
With over 30 million albums sold worldwide, country superstars Dixie Chicks return to Dublin as one of the worlds top selling all female bands having won an incredible 13 Grammy Awards.
After a storming set at Glastonbury 2013, three time GRAMMY award-winning Zac Brown Band will perform their first Irish show at Country 2 Country, having toured extensively in the US.
Joining the line up is platinum selling artist Dierks Bentley. With eight No.1 singles his instantly recognizable voice and acoustic/hybrid sound have propelled him to becoming one of the outstanding performers in country music today.
Winner of Nashville Star, Chris Young has just released his latest album ‘A.M.’ In the past year Chris served as an ambassador for the CMA songwriters series to bring country music overseas including showcases in Belfast and Dublin.
A further two special guests are soon to be announced to complete the prolific line up.
Country to Country 2014 will be an incredible opportunity for fans to see their idols come together over one weekend under one roof whilst enjoying the unique atmosphere and music taking place around the venue.
The inaugural C2C 2013 event in London set the standard very high, welcoming over 17,000 fans from Ireland, around the UK and Europe to The O2 for the weekend.
