Still got post Glastonbury blues... and welly burn on my newly muscular calves. Pretty pissed off at myself for getting so drunk sunday night I pretty much couldn't move from my tent. Still, I was close enough to hear The Streets at John Peel... Highlights for me were probably Pulp and Wu Tang Clan... And as ever, West Holts managed to introduce some previously unheard gems to my musical radar.

Queens of the Stone Age were a phenomenal closing act - the best I've seen them! Other highlights were Coldplay, Pulp (Jarvis' audience chats in between songs were hilarious), U2, Radiohead, Biffy, Warpaint, The Pierces, Jimmy Eat World... basically it was my first time at the festival and I loved it!

Gonna have to say biggest disappointment to be Radiohead. Don't get me wrong it was good, but firstly I would much rather see them doing a headline slot and I think it's unfair both to people who missed them and those who would've bought tickets if they knew they were headlining (many of my friends fall into the latter category). Beyond that the crowd didn't seem to know any of The King of Limbs and the sound wasn't very good, and although I love the album a few more back catalogue songs would've been nice. Radiohead and Pulp as special guests on such a small stage is such a mad idea I think Emily screwed up on this quite a bit and I hope it doesn't mean Radiohead won't return for many years as they're due a Pyramid slot in my opinion.

I literally sprinted through that mud from BB King to Bright Eyes, fearing I'd missed the start. Arrived and two minutes later they came on stage and broke into Gold Mine Gutted (my favourite Bright Eyes song).

I LOVED Bright Eyes. Conor was a much more confident performer than the last time I saw him and they played enough of the back catalogue to keep fans happy.

I do mean at The Park, funnily enough these are the first positive words I've heard about Impala playing that set. Message boards in general seem to be flagging them up as the dud off the weekend

i thort Lee Scratch Perry was sick!! and being crazy made it even better, plus the sound was realy good, unlike Wu-Tang, who were realy good, it was no fault of their own other than the terrible sound at the pyramid stage. worst thing i saw was The Kills, dont know anything about them, just happened to be there and thort it was rubbish. didnt see anything else bad, but then i did only watched about 3 or 4 acts each day

@Trunks378: I don't have the pictures and can't actually remember who took them in order to ask for them. Most disappointing act all weekend: You lot for not tuning up to the meet up :P

I just went to see Ke$ha as it was Thursday evening and I was a bit pissed and nothing else was on and I was in the area, so thought it might be a laugh. I left after like 3 songs. Claire Maguire I just so happened to be at the stage for like 15 mins while she was on so I watched her and Fleet Fioxes and Bright Eyes I was dragged to by the missus, but I sneaked away from both to see Morrissey and Lethal Bizzle.

Ke$ha actually was pretty fun, glad I stuck around. Worst thing I saw all weekend was a guy dressed up like Borat in the banana hammock bathing suit leaning over people's shoulders at the Chill & Charge looking overly amused by himself.

Ke$ha was genuinely good! Knew Fleet Foxes wouldn't be good on that stage and everything I've seen has told me I was right. Bright Eyes were absolutely stunning! Paul Simon was a tad disappointing for a distinct lack of S&G songs, but was still enjoyable. I definitely preferred Don McLean, though.

Can't say I enjoyed Chumbawamba or Miles Kane myself. They weren't bad, just... not that good either. @LouisLloyd: Why would you even bother with Ke$ha? Not particularly fond of Bright Eyes or Fleet Foxes myself either, but that's why I avoided them.

Worst of the weekend? I ended up catching a bit of some really shitty acts; Ke$ha, Claire Maguire, Fleet Foxes, Bright Eyes... but they were always going to be shit. I was pretty disappointed by Pulp though, the Park just can't manage with that many people there and I thought Tinie Tempah was a bit flat. Lee "Scratch" Perry was a bit dull too, but he is crazy and 75...

I hope you don't mean their Park set, that was brilliant! Wu-Tang were easily the most disappointing act of the weekend, and Pulp weren't quite as good as I was hoping.
