Pungent Stench is dead, long live the resurrected Hollenthon, Austria's metal pride. Hollenthon was founded out of a black background and released two strong, dark and epic albums ("Domus Mundi" and "With Veilest Of Worms To Dwell). After that the band called it a day and went into a completely different musical direction called Pungent Stench. And to make the circle round again: in 2007 that band splitted due to internal arguments and soon afterwards Hollenthon was reborn, which resulted in a well succeeded show at 2007's Arnhem Metal Meeting. Coming spring there will not only be growing flowers, but also withering ones, as the release of their third album "Opus Magnum" is imminent. You might wanna wait until Graspop, but why wait, be among the first to hear their new material at the Dynamo, April 27th 2008!

Wodan be with us! With a battle hungriness and a ferocious thirst for bloo… ehm, beer, Dutch Heidevolk will throw once more a great pagan metal party at the Dynamo. Six Saxon warriors and a spear lady, dressed in appropriate costumes will invade Eindhoven to support their new release "Walhalla Wacht". Coronach plays merry power/ folk metal without too heavy messages in the lyrics. This young outfit of six persons has influences such as Moonsorrow, Korpiklaani, Elvenking and Ensiferum. At the moment the band is working on their ful length debut, for which they are still in search of a suited label. In stead of the traditional folk instruments this band uses a keyboard to add the right atmospheric to their music. As an audience should be conquered live, you will find them this night on the stage of the Dynamo.
