Kings of Leon with Young The Giant and Kongos
Kings Of Leon announced the third leg to their 2014 MECHANICAL BULL TOUR. Produced and promoted by Live Nation, the band will stop at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on Saturday, August 16. Joining Kings Of Leon on select dates this summer will be Young The Giant and Kongos. Tickets for the general public go on sale starting Friday, April 25.
The first leg of the 2014 MECHANICAL BULL TOUR was a resounding success. The Hollywood Reporter attended the sold-out Madison Square Garden show and exclaimed, “The throngs of mostly 20 somethings seemingly knew the words to every song. The concert was exemplary," while the Detroit News enthused, “The show was a muscular, high-end production."
Kings of Leon is an American rock band that formed in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1999. The band is composed of brothers Anthony Caleb Followill (b. January 14, 1982, lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Ivan Nathan Followill (b. June 26, 1979, drums, percussion, backing vocals) and Michael Jared Followill (b. November 20, 1986, bass guitar, backing vocals), with their cousin Cameron Matthew Followill (b. September 10, 1984, lead guitar, backing vocals).
