You are probably right mokele - its my age i reckon. I think i'm an 80 year old in a 33 year old body. Long gone are the days where i used to find it fun to be crammed up against a group of strangers in a dark room :-) What i heard was fantastic though and i'm looking forward to seeing them at Colchester where i'm sure the surroundings may be a little more chilled.

Andiebrown, you could have easily budged past to the back nearish where we were, was no problem. We took it in turns for drinks and managed to get back without any problem. True the drinks were expensive, but I don't think it was that oversold.

This gig was way oversold... i paid £13 odd for the ticket and couldn't get into the room to see the band. In the end, i gave up and left. It may well have been the venue's fault (and i think that particular venue is greedy anyhow at way £4 for a beer) but it was a shame. I can understand that they want it to be busy but not so busy it impairs people's enjoyment... :-(
