Sa., 24. Mär. – Poets of the Fall, Sunrise Avenue

Okay, to sum it up, Poets of the Fall is one of the greatest Bands ever seen in a concert as it was their fanbase (including me).
Introduced as "special guests" for the finnish (mainstream) newcomers "Sunrise Avenue", who were the main gig this evening, they blew away the concert with just a felt handful of fans. In the end I think many "Sunrise Avenue" fangirls were converted to the Poets tribe.
The aftershow meeting with handshakes, autographs and photos was another cool bonus. Thanks Poets for (one of) the greatest 60 minutes of my life.
Since "Sunrise Avenue" sucked that hard, we left the hall after a few songs, after the big start with PotF the whole crowd seemed disappointed and the atmosphere level sank to radio-standard (haha!).

    Songs played (not in order!):

    Lift
    Late Goodbye
    Gravity
    Carnival of Rust
    Fire
    Locking up the Sun
    Sorry Go 'Round
    Delicious
    Everything Fades

Sat 24 Mar – Poets of the Fall, Sunrise Avenue

Well, what to write about it... It was my first POTF gig and it was really awesome, really nice feeling to see them live, they played, Late Goodbye, Carnival of Rust, Lift, sorry go'round, as far as i remember :) Unfortunately POTF was only the support band and so it was just a half hour and it was over... one thing about the sound, the setting for POTF was good but...,
the sound setting for Sunrise Avenue was awful, there wasn't any bass, the drums of POTF could be felt but the sunrise avenue drums were just high pitch noise, the hole sound was one "noise" there wasn't much of difference, just the drum was the loudest one, so to say. Not really nice and i were gone before the end.
But a Poets of the Fall gig? Every time again.
